About Us - Troop 810

Troop 810 was re-chartered in 2000. We are located in Harford District – Baltimore Area Council. Scouting is a youth led organization, scouts hold leadership positions and run the troop. We have a lot of adult volunteers that guide and mentor the youth.

Here are some fun facts about our Troop.

We have 6 patrols:
-Eagles
-Owls
-Cobras
-Scorpions
-Dragons
-Valkyries (female patrol)

The scouts have a favorite campfire snack and it is BEEF JERKY!

Since re-charter in 2000 we have been on 300+ camping trips.

We have had 80+ scouts reach the highest rank of Eagle

Our current record for the most merit badges earned by a single scout is 95

Our typical month:
-Three Troop meetings with a mixture of learning, rack advancement and fun
-Weekend camping, leaving Friday and returning Sunday morning
